In progress, 1729 Bessemer City Road at the Waffle House. RP's advising that there's a Hispanic male or Black male in a red shirt. He's inside threatening to shoot everyone in the restaurant. RP's the manager, advised that she did not see any weapons, but the male is arguing with someone about his food. Unknown if he came in on foot or in a vehicle.
