Call in progress, non-marker 16, northbound I-85. RP was a passerby, so there was two vehicles on the side of the road. There was a Black male choking somebody else. Possibly a road rage incident.2907, county 10-8. 10-4. 2517, county. 2517. They were near a white small sedan. Starting in that 33 traffic.
