Communications to all units, we're in the lookout for a vehicle. Impersonating a police officer. Last seen in the area of West Garrison Boulevard and South York Street. It's a blue Dodge Charger. Correction, Challenger 28 is Robert 2, Charles Henry Robert George David. Had a blue light on, tried to get the RP to pull over. Again, was last seen headed westbound on West Garrison. No further, 1404.
