19. Civil disturbance just occurred. Gastonia Street Ministries, 416 West Main Avenue, cross street, Snyder Place. People were arguing and cussing. Gave unsecure LSB for the bus driver. They've settled down now, but they still want police out. I'll be back en route to the office. She needs a jump start.
