Heartwood, extended healthcare, 1649 East 72. We've had two employees calling in advising that there's a patient who's currently verbally argumentative with the staff as well as the security currently outside by the front door. The facility is at Michael Giovanni, White male, born in 91, 5'10", 169, brown hair with a beard, wearing black beanie, orange shirt, black pants. Just for information, looks like he has a possible unconfirmed pedal misdemeanor for assault 43 and following for assault 3rd and 42.
