This is a person in progress with a best friend, 8045 South Hosmer Street. The security was initially calling out and removed, but then after he left, he said he had been casing vehicles in the parking lot. He left northbound on Hosmer in a tan, older Jeep. He's a Black male, 30 to 40s, 5'5", thin, bald, dark-colored sweater, tan cargo shorts, possibly impaired. That was reported about 20 minutes ago.
