Engine 12, Medic 7, verifying a delta, zone 174 at 87th and Van Dorn Street. We have a 19-year-old female who was apparently on top of a moving car and fell and hit her head. She is awake and breathing. We do have LPD en route. You have TAC 4, TAC 4.
