11-82. Engine 9, Medic 316. 4471. Medical request from law enforcement at intersection of North 70th Street and Oak Street. Disturbance in progress, 8600 Maddox Drive, Nebraska, peace of mind. Engine 9, Medic 316. Making contact with Kyla or Diana for law enforcement. Stated a patient came in for an appointment, started breaking items and yelling. That's trying to de-escalate. The patient is still yelling. Currently in the lobby.
