Received check welfare at St. Lucas Church, 33 West Virginia Street for a male that walked in. He's very disoriented. The back of his left calf is scraped up and bloody and not making sense. He's currently sitting on the steps on the Virginia Street side. Told the reporter that he was autistic and intoxicated. 33 West Virginia.
