And William 11, I have a assault in progress at Willard Library. RP saw two males, one is being choked and held up against a wall. Both white males. The suspect is going to be wearing a green shirt, black pants. The male being choked, wearing a gray shirt. The gray shirt male shoved the other male off and started walking towards the void.
