She is a female, black, short hair, wearing a red shirt and white shorts. At the time of her call, she was being followed by a male, black, and a black security outfit with a 33 on his hip. Caller said he was, quote, creeping her out, asking her if she wanted to be his girlfriend. During the call, he wandered off, and she does not have a direction of travel or any further, but she does want to talk to him.
