Received. 2572-1103, hold us out for 5. 3. 5. It's going to be outside of 122 Day Street. I have a caller reporting a female outside, been screaming for hours. Stated that she lived there possibly in apartment 9, but again is outside right now. Described as a white female with blonde hair, unknown clothing. Be advised, this call came in 117.
