257 to 1105, 1103. It's going to be outside of 11 Willow Street, the Willow Loft apartment. I have a caller reporting the father of her child was attempting to break the windows of her car with possibly a rock. The simp left, the caller disconnected and there's no answer and multiple redials. I have no description of him, no direction of travel.
