It's going to be at 10822 Carnegie Avenue, 10822 Carnegie at the Liberty Fairchild Apartment Building. Caller's in apartment 11, which is the semi-basement apartment. He says a noise is coming from above him. He does not have access to the above levels, and from the other shift the other night when they checked it, they had to check the above levels from the exterior, so they went from the outside to check the above levels, just for information.
