He responded to the Arms Hotel, 10660 Carnegie. For a disturbance, unwanted guests. Stated a Black male wearing a black shirt, gray shorts, white and gray shoes, for harassing guests and refusing to leave the property. He was last seen walking on Carnegie. She stated, the caller stated she asked multiple times. She refused to leave the property. Keeps coming back and forth into the hotel.
