Caller 5 is reporting that there's three kids on rental scooters who are driving recklessly, going the wrong way, and dodging cars. There are going to be black mopeds. Suspects, black males, teenagers, wearing black clothing and black shorts. They were seen last in this area going back towards downtown. The call is going in as a priority 1.
