1515 Charles, you're en route to a code 3 suspicious person, 5400 Braes Valley, apartment 49, Alifah Jackson Square. Caller says there's about four black males with dogs, shows knocked on his door and window. Caller said he thinks they were about to break into his apartment. Suspect vehicle was a gray Nissan four-door sedan on a license plate. No other info.
