David's 10 and 11 in the 1400 block of East Dayton Street. Caller says that there's a group of NTA individuals who are parking on the side of the street with trailers. They're partially blocking traffic. Apparently, this has been an ongoing issue. A previous notice has been given to them. They may be referring to an incident that I could locate back on August 17th. Caller just wanted you guys to be aware of it. So, again, the caller said they're causing a traffic hazard. I don't know if he's related to the incident. He just reported that he has a passerby, but he did know about the previous incident.
