David 2 and David 4 at the Breeze Apartments, 1003 East Mifflin Street. The caller lives in apartment 124. Said that there was a child that ran into the street. The caller was able to pull him out. Tried to contact the parents who live in apartment 122, but was unable to contact the adult. The child is approximately one year old.
