unless emergency. All in all, this is preliminary 221 vehicle information under CAD 1853. Again, CAD 1853. This occurred at 15th and San Bruno. The RP saw a male pointing a gun out the window at another male. Suspect's vehicle is a large black SUV with an unknown license plate. Suspect's driver, black male, over 35 years old, unknown clothing description, and there's also a front passenger with no description of them. They were stopped at a red light at 15th and San Bruno. Again, CAD 1853. Clear.
