I always teach my kids to look at incoming cars from both directions... just because you see the car doesn't mean the driver sees you... who cares if the driver is at fault if your dead... protect yourself.
I just went by there on my commute shuttle. Our driver had to take a detour to get us to our destination. They have the whole area blocked off. Lots of police, fire, and ambulance 🚑 crews there.
Work in front of site. Person definitely passed away. Opened up street around 10:30. Very gruesome.
