316, I'm dropping you down a hit-and-run just occurred, Hackett and Roosevelt, Roosevelt and Hackett. Sounds like a silver truck went up on the curb, hit a sign, and continued to drive. Sounds like they did get it stopped near Roosevelt, and the subject's out swearing at another person on scene here. We're trying to get a direction of travel and see if they're still continuing to take off. We do not have plate information at this time.
