In the 700 block of 10th Street in Beloit, 700 block of 10th Street, city's requesting assistance for a disturbance. Male and female outside screaming. No eyes on the subjects, RP's just a neighbor that can hear them screaming at each other. It's been going on for the last 5 or 10 minutes. City of Boynton's going to send a unit in the next few minutes, hopefully only one freeze up.
