Complainant thinks the subject possibly threw something at the door. Unknown number of subjects talking about the complaint. Unknown is still 23. Complainant scared that someone was going into 40 or she opened the door. Looks like she was irate with questions, kept making racial statements, refused to give the name to the operator. give the info and the officers are 23 at 2245.
