Tower Quest law enforcement to check the D area of the 1300 block of North Eisenhower Drive in Beckley. Caller advised that there was a white male with no shirt riding a bike that was pulling a child in a cart behind the bike. He was passing Cook out, and he's now went in behind the Sheets area. Caller stated she finds this suspicious. She's just wanting someone to check it out.
