I have a request for a public service. 1330 North Eisenhower Drive at the Beckley Walmart. Caller witnessed an older male subject holding a juvenile in their lap, had them in a headlock, aggressively took them out of the car and put them in the seat. Caller advised it was in the parking lot there on the garden side. They're requesting a phone call.
