1146, 1142, 1140 for your 43. It's an unknown suspicious vehicle, weapon involved. 65 Stemmers Run Road, 65 Stemmers Run, cross streets, Essex Town Circle and Dumour Way. Caller, he's been advised, he received a text from an associate of a person that the caller had gotten arrested last year. Now there is an all black charger with modified exhaust circling the block. Caller has firearms in his home and thinks that this vehicle has a firearm as well.
