1146, 1112, Sun and Down, BUI, Orville Road and Eastern Boulevard, Orville and Eastern Boulevard. Anonymous caller advises vehicle cut the caller off fast, possibly intoxicated, a red sedan. They're headed towards Hawthorne. The subject is a white male in his 30s. Caller advised the vehicle turned by a house across from the Chinese place.
