The larceny, Casey's 13th and E, made contact with Kathy Soto Day. She had a bike taken from a guy named Tony who's dressed in a tan shirt, green pants. He left a unknown direction on it 15 ago, and it's not even her bike. She was just borrowing it to go to probation. Casey's 13th and E.
