Heavy en route, disturbance in progress at 541 South 18th, in contact with Kelly Jordan outside in a white Dodge Ram. Apparently, he's subletting an apartment from 36-year-old Black male, Quinty Jones, who apparently will come into the apartment unannounced and harass the caller. He's currently in her apartment, 309 now, with his girlfriend, 40-year-old wife, female, Amy Welch. Caller's waiting out front.
