209 East Washington, 209 East Washington at the Commonwealth. Trouble with subjects in a gray Nissan in the parking lot. We're possibly getting into other vehicles in the lot. Unknown female was the driver. Also another subject got out of the vehicle and is somewhere in the lot. Complaintant is the manager for catering. Unknown further. Just walked into the situation and has no other info.
