414 South Blackstone. 414 South Blackstone at the Interfaith Shelter. Suspicious situation. Complaintant advised that Aaron Kemp is currently outside the shelter. White male, last seen wearing a white shirt and jeans with shaggy brown hair. Complaintant advised he saw a post on their team thread the call if he's seen. JPD is possibly looking for him. No weapons seen. 6, I'm clear.
