Both units en route. It's going to be in the area of James Street and West Avenue, Syracuse. Caller didn't want to meet. States there was a 25-year-old Black male in a bonnet and dark hoodie that was urinating at the corner and now walking toward Kinney Street. Caller did make verbal threats to shoot the party. Unknown if that was serious. 1549.
