Both units en route. It's going to be at East Manlius Street Apartments, 117 East Manlius, cross of North Center. Called in by a Jalel Almazeda regarding an ongoing issue with a Raymond Wade, 50s Black male who was evicted three weeks ago and has been sleeping in another tenant's van in the parking lot. He's currently in front of the fire department, refusing to leave. 1543.
