Lake Ridge Bank, 3207 Parmenter Street. Staff asking us to check on a male that's currently sitting outside at the picnic table near the parking lot. He was standing at the front doors of the bank when employees arrived. They confronted him, asked if he needed help, and he said he needs lots of help, but would not elaborate. Described him as a white male in his 50s, gray in beard, wearing gray shorts and a light blue shirt.
