33 and 31, we had a retail theft at QuikTrip at 7508 Century Avenue. Subject put some items down his pants and then walked. Right now he's walking towards the corner of Parmenter and Century. He's male, black, 6 feet, black short-sleeved shirt, plaid pants. He has small dreads with, like, yellow clips in them.
