In the front yard of 2102 North Tyler Street, a previously evicted neighbor, Chris Cope, white male, 58, 6 foot, thin-build, gray ponytail, no shirt, and a white female, 20s, 5'7", 120, with brown hair, pulled back, wearing a blue shirt and black shorts, went on tour off the property, had previously allowed them to leave their items on the lawn as they were getting evicted, but they should have been gone by now.
