Caller's waiting at Jefferson Park, 801 North Mason Avenue, after having his bicycle stolen by a Black male, 13, 5'5", heavy-build, black hair, black shirt, red sweatpants. They have a caller from Northeastern calling in that their 7-year-old brought home a bike that matches.
