5303 Ohio Street at the First Church of God, Ohio Street. Caller lives in the apartment. Advised there's a white male, long gray beard, black hoodie, black pants, has a bag, unknown weapons. He's been seen sleeping on the property steps. He won't let his teenage daughters outside due to him being out there. Let's see if law enforcement can check on him.
