905 Village Drive, 905 Village Drive, Rock Lake Presbyterian Church. Caller advised that they were passing by this location in the railroad tracks. There's a white male, possibly bald, 30 and disheveled, light-colored top and khakis, laying face down. Didn't stop and check.
