10-8. Chesterfield units, prepare to copy on a BOL for a neurotic driver. BOL for a neurotic driver, eastbound 23 mile from Gratiot. A motorcyclist wearing a black shirt with Just Detroit Racing on it and a black helmet. He was tailgating the caller and now the caller says he's doing felony speeding. Nothing further on BOL.
