Dispatch in 35, copy of health and safety. 6. 35. 23 Mile and Colonial Club, there is a male running eastbound the middle of the road down the center lane wearing noise-canceling headphones and holding a football. He's described as a black male, late teens to early 20s, wearing blue sweatpants and blue long-sleeved shirt. Our caller was a passerby. They're out. 35's en route.
