12-29, it's in a past red rage. They're going to be in the parking lot of Burlington Code Factory, 1400 Merritt. Caller said a male cut her off, threw a water bottle at her car. He made a left on German Hill, or turned left on German Hill. It's a mixed male, 30s, white shirt and an afro.
