Sectors 1 and 4, the area of Taco Bell, 44 Coleman Street. Male party was last seen on foot, walking towards Jefferson Avenue. It's going to be a male wearing a black shirt, gray pants, black shoes. Caller found him unconscious in the parking lot, face down at Taco Bell. She had to, quote, smack him hard to wake him up, and now he's stumbling away. She's concerned for his welfare.
