2 and Post 5. Just turned down to Governor Winthrop from Huntington Street, going towards the police department. Caller observed a red Jeep failing to maintain lane, ignoring lane markings, driving into oncoming traffic, and blowing through a red light. No license plate. Caller has since moved along.
