George sector, it's a theft at Campbell Place, 171 12th Avenue, unit 417. A resident reporting a suspect who recently stole his scooter is now on scene, possibly in unit 610 or 413. No known weapons. The suspect does have a history of fentanyl use. Name is Raymond, white male, 30s. Correction of clothing, suspect is 5'11", medium-build. 171 12th Avenue, unit 417.
