Just a reminder because I don’t think people realize how bad it’s getting and I know it’s summer break. But we have an elementary school and daycare center all within like 800 or so feet from this. Right next door to the location of this is a halfway house. Yes people deserve rehabilitation efforts. But to have it so close to vulnerable populations is highly negligent at this point. The issues we have out here are getting increasingly dangerous as time goes on.

The people talking have never had to deal with public safety or even basic security work and it shows. They assume you can just tell someone to stop doing something and they will just peacefully comply. Sometimes force is required. Should be last resort and this defiantly seems last resort. The inexperienced and uneducated yappers here are just so out of touch with how public safety works

Also if you watch the first video he had threatened a woman at gunpoint before this all happened for a SMOKE! She called and they didn’t respond. Something that us residents in the area face regularly. We DO report. They just don’t respond a lot of the time! A lot of people stopped reporting because nothing happens. And it’s usually regular same people committing these acts. They just keep letting them come back.

I learned some new abbreviations today. CRT stands for crisis response team and HNC stands for hostage negotiation commander.
