On our end, where the passerby called, but now the victim is calling, saying the complainant saying that he was driving erratically because he was getting chased and started at 35th Avenue and McDowell. He was pushed the weapon and they stole his phone. The suspects were all black males, wearing a SUV, unknown color, cannot ID any of them. Fire 17 to check on his injuries.
