Ambulance en route to that 481 at 3356 East Illinois. Call was upgraded due to the, on call back to the comp. They said that they are at the suspect's residence. The comp was involved in a hit-and-run, and the comp followed the vehicle to the missing location in a teal-blue Mercedes.
