Disturbance, 3333 East Illinois, Illinois Garden Apartments. Disturbance with a resident that's being evicted. Suspect's very violent. Already threatening the place's owner, property manager. Name in the call sheet, Hispanic male wearing a light blue shirt. States in the past the suspect threatened a tow truck driver with a gun. This incident did not happen today.
